The lifepo4 battery is shipped with 50%-70% SOC,3.2V or higher.after months of stock or transportation with lower SOC,the capacity probably gets low.
A lithium battery requires charge one time per month at least.When you receive lower voltage cells,charging it to 3.65V and discharging to 2.5V for cycles.
Electrolyte
The properties of electrolyte significantly affect the specific capacity, service life, rate charge and discharge performance, working temperature range
and safety performance of lithium batteries.
