Each battery cell is labeled with a Deligreen ID sticker, which is unique to our inventory. In the event of any after-sales issues, you only need to take a photo of the sticker and send it to us. This allows us to quickly identify the batch and shipping date, and proceed with the after-sales service or warranty application efficiently.

Each shipment contains 4 battery cells per package, securely packed in a 5-layer UN-rated cardboard box with custom thickened foam inserts to minimize shipping damage. We have improved this packaging at least three times, and as a result, transport damage is now nearly zero.
Customer feedback about shipping damage has become extremely rare.
