The biggest feature of this product is that it has a built-in voltage boost module, which can achieve a high-voltage output of 400V using just one 16S battery pack with 48V.

 

To achieve high voltage, the usual practice is to connect batteries in series. For 400V, 7-8 51.2V battery packs need to be connected in series, which would be 16*8=128 cells, or 8 battery groups. However, this product only requires one 16S battery pack to achieve 400V output, enabling high-voltage output at the lowest cost. This significantly saves expenses in terms of cost, installation difficulty, and maintenance, while also occupying less space.

The battery cells are sorted and matched, and welded together using nickel sheets to prevent soldering failure or collection line detachment.

Expansion is very convenient
It is very convenient to increase the battery capacity in the future. There is no need to purchase a high-voltage control box, combiner box, or high-voltage BCU. Simply connect the battery packs in parallel to achieve capacity expansion.

It supports up to 16 batteries connected in parallel, achieving a total capacity of 163.2 kWh. If additional batteries are needed in the later stages, they can be directly integrated into the existing system. (Batteries of different capacities can be used in parallel.) Since the impact of voltage differences due to boosting on the battery output is minimal, the system's State of Charge (SOC) will be displayed as an average value on the inverter side. The charging and discharging speeds will adjust according to varying capacities, and they will gradually balance out with use, making it very convenient.
