About Shipping:
For EU, US and AU clients, can choose DDP service.
DDP: door to door dleivery, tax included, no customs, most important is cheapest and tax inlcuded.
Lithium ion battery is heavy weight, belongs to dangerous goods, which need higher cost than usual goods by UPS/FEDEX.
For another countries client, can ship it by boat/air/express.

About Packing:
Battery is easy damaged during shipment, so need good packing, such inside with more foam and outside use thickness carton box.
For some bigger and heavy battery, we use custom packing carton box.
About Warranty:
International sihpping fee is expensive and ned longer time,
If cells damaged or lost or quality ahve problem, we will offer you several solution to make you satisfied.
